Product photos represent an overall theme or look which in some instances, cannot be replicated exactly. Although the actual arrangement may not precisely match the photo, the overall design direction will always be preserved. We will always ensure that the styling and color schematic match the imagery as close as we can and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Most of our orders are delivered on time as per the day selected. This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control (for example, traffic congestion, the remote address for delivery, extreme weather conditions, and etc).

The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery.
