Most of our orders are delivered on time as per the day selected. This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control (for example, traffic congestion, the remote address for delivery, extreme weather conditions, and etc).

Store your chocolates in the refrigerator once they are opened. If they are exposed to high temperatures, they may begin to soften, compromising the appearance and flavor. Please refer to the expiration date on the package and consume your edibles before that.

The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery.
