Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

A refund to the original mode of payment for the full amount is allowed for cancellations if made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery date. If cancellations are made less than 48 hours, no refunds will be issued.

For security reasons, we don't accept payment information online. But we can help you to make an order faster by giving instructions on how to make it online. Following the instructions, you can place an order online.

Can I return an unwanted gift?

All sales are final and no refund or return will be issued, except as expressly permitted in Terms and Conditions. In the event: (1) you received the incorrect item; (2) the product was broken, damaged in shipping or otherwise inoperable/defective; (3) the product is tampered.

Can my order be delivered if I don’t know the exact address of the recipient?

Please double-check the recipient address carefully before placing an order. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the courier service.

You will receive an electronic or other form of order confirmation when your order has been delivered. If you have created your account online you will be able to track that the status of your order is changed to status "completed".

What if the recipient cannot be reached at the provided address?

In case if the recipient is unavailable at the provided address, we will attempt the delivery twice and in case that delivery location is incorrect or the recipient refuses to take the delivery, the delivery shall be deemed to have been made. The courier company will attempt to deliver the package twice before the parcel returns back to us.

Where do you deliver to?

In conjunction with our service providers (courier company), we deliver to Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi (all of them subject to delivery within city limits).

Will the flowers be identical to the images on the website?

Product photos represent an overall theme or look which in some instances, cannot be replicated exactly. Although the actual arrangement may not precisely match the photo, the overall design direction will always be preserved. Seasonality, market conditions, and availability may cause substitutions of flowers and greenery to occur. We will always ensure that the styling and color schematic match the imagery as close as we can and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
